About Our Client
My prestigious client is a RTE Food manufacturer in the Portland area.

• Conduct inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and diagnose any issues or potential problems.
• Complete work orders and maintenance logs to document repairs and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure minimal downtime and maximize production efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on all equipment and machinery within the facility, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

The Successful Applicant

• Familiarity with GMP, OSHA, and other regulatory guidelines and requirements.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance role, preferably in the food industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
