MAINTENANCE TECH Details

• Making vacant units ready for new residents, maintaining appropriate checklists and assuring units are ready on time
• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 15.00 / hour
• Repair tasks competently and safely
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 06:00pm )
• Drywall and Paint vacant apartment units
• Full Time work available
• Groundskeeping
• Performing daily inspections of the property as well as maintenance and upkeep duties as necessary to maintain safety, comfort, and aesthetics

MAINTENANCE TECH Qualifications

• Must possess strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to lift 50-75lbs consecutively
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
• A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire. We will consider your age at the time of the offense, when the offense occurred, the seriousness and the nature of the offense, as well as any rehabilitation to determine your employability.
• Able to stand for 8-10 hours each day
• Operation of light construction equipment and vehicles
• Other essential capabilities include commitment to meet deadlines, integrity, and work ethic
• Recognizes Punctuality and Accountability
