Maintenance Manager Jobs

TEC Group International have been engaged on two separate Maintenance Manager roles with Fortune 500 chemical clients. These are exciting positions with market leading businesses. We are looking for strong leaders and communicators who can lead large maintenance divisions on large plants.

Position Requirements:

• Superior leadership and management skills with a proven ability to coordinate employees, teams, and departments with different skills and backgrounds.

• Thorough understanding of OSHA and EPA regulations as they pertain to plant operation and maintenance.

• Ability to understand and operate the systems and equipment used at the facility.

• Ability to perform and analyze various system checks.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field required; Master’s degree in Business Administration is highly desired.

• At least ten years of experience in supervisory positions that combine technical, managerial, and financial expertise required.

• Must have overseen at least 30 employees and have experience managing hourly staff
