Maintenance Manager (Crushing Plant)

CTC Crushing is looking to hire a Maintenance Manager for our Crushing Plant!

The ideal person for this role will guide and mentor the crusher maintenance team to improve maintenance procedures and repair efficiency in order to maximize company production goals.

Requirements:

• Must have strong equipment and industry knowledge
• Comfortable working outdoors (in extreme Las Vegas weather conditions)
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• 3-5 years of experience leading a maintenance crew
• Experience performing repairs in a crushing plant (Conveyors, jaws, cones, screens, etc.)
• Ability to prioritize maintenance tasks
