Join our Hotel Maintenance Team! Put those maintenance skills to good use! Maintenance Person Responsibilities Include: Perform and maintain work to local, state, and Federal codes. Perform preventative and repair maintenance to all areas of the hotel Respond to Guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Maintain guest rooms furniture fixtures and walls Keep the mechanical and electrical hotel equipment in good working condition Maintain indoor pool to be in compliance with health codes Snow Removal Keep parking lot and outdoor areas free of litter Benefits:
