Job Description

Summary: The maintenance engineer mows, edges, trims, plants and cleans up trash and debris. Also maintains vehicles, swimming pools and irrigation system. Follows all operating procedures, safety regulations and hotel policies and procedures. Performs other duties as requested or assigned.
Essential Functions:

  • Cleans grounds on a daily basis
  • Troubleshoots landscaping issues
  • Assists other engineers by picking up and moving parts and as needed
  • Provides excellent service during every guest interaction
  • Maintains roads, pool areas, parking structures and roofs
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • None Physical Requirements
  • Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in written form
  • Ability to communicate via radios
  • Ascend or descend ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and the like
  • Frequently move, lift or carry objects weighing up to 100 lbs.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Casino maintenance experience is helpful Required Work Cards
  • Detail-oriented
