Job Description

Inclusively is partnering with a manufacturing company to hire a Machine Operator.

ABOUT INCLUSIVELY:

Responsibilities Include but Not Limited to:

  • Contact supervision immediately to report equipment problems.
  • Ensure applicable inspection equipment is in proper calibration before use.
  • Process product to specifications, including cleaning & weigh/count.
  • Process product to specifications schedule provided.
  • Load/unload & operate lap machines and perform adjustments.
  • Perform in-process inspections, including ball checks and other dimensional measurements.
  • Maintain lot traceability.
  • Identify, segregate, and initiate Discrepancy Reports for nonconforming product.
  • Plot results on control charts when required.
  • Perform assigned repairs and Preventive Maintenance.
  • Maintain items in Tooling Control Program.
  • Pump tanks and change lap slurries.
  • Read new and revised specifications when mandated.
  • Maintain oil levels, cut rates, pressures, and feed speeds.
  • Maintain cleaning media and equipment.
  • Report accurate processing information on routers and process log sheets.

Requirements:

  • Use of Hand Carts – pushing.
  • Standing, Sitting, walking in general.
  • Pushing, carrying, or lifting up to max. 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Due to the nature of the business, candidate must be a US Citizen.
  • Transports product from one area to another.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing process.
  • Use of Hoist – pulling.
  • Varied postures – sitting, standing, leaning forward, turning side to side.
