We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to optimize our travel rewards programs. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive innovation and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers. Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques (supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning, etc.).
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with large datasets.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience with deploying machine learning models on cloud infrastructure.
• Passion for travel and an understanding of the travel industry and related customer behavior is a plus.
• Bachelor's n Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role, with a focus on developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

• Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to understand business requirements and translate them into machine learning problems.
• Work closely with engineering teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems and ensure their seamless deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions and contribute to the overall product strategy.
• Conduct thorough evaluation and testing of models, monitor their performance, and implement necessary enhancements or updates.
• Optimize and fine-tune existing machine learning models for better scalability, efficiency, and interpretability.
• Explore and experiment with different machine learning techniques, algorithms, and architectures to improve model performance and accuracy.
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms that drive key business objectives in the travel rewards domain.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, data science, and related technologies, and proactively bring in new ideas and approaches to the team.
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to extract relevant features for model training.
