Enterprise Holdings has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician performs car and truck service & repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting and buy back service according to company policy and procedures. This is a position of routine difficulty requiring the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our safety and quality standards.
  • Access to manufacture training
  • Full-Time Position:
    • Monday - Friday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm
  • $19 - 21 / hour dependent on ASE's
  • Use of company provided tools and equipment
  • Work on new vehicles across all manufacture lines
  • Monday - Friday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm
  • $2 / hr pay differential for 2nd shift
  • Pursue Professional Development – advancement through apprenticeship - work and train with our team of highly qualified and experienced Automotive Technicians

Responsibilities:
  • Perform vehicle servicing/repairing to maintain company standards; maintain Out-Of-Service at or below 2%.
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Maintain safe and clean work area.
  • Ensure all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines.
  • Perform in-fleet servicing on new cars according to company procedures as required.
  • Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.
  • Perform buy back/turn back servicing according to company procedures as required.

Qualifications:
  • Must pass background check/MVR and drug test
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 convicted moving violations in the last 3 years (Total points on driving record cannot exceed 8 points)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • No drug or alcohol related incidents in the last 3 years (DUI/DWI)
  • Must have 1 year experience handling automotive mechanical service procedures in a work-center atmosphere in the last 3 years
