Job Title: LPN, Clinic in Culbertson, MT

Job Summary: The LPN will be responsible for providing patient care in our busy clinic in Culbertson, MT. The LPN will work closely with the medical team to provide patient-centered care and support to our patients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Administer medication as prescribed by the provider
• Document all patient interactions and interventions in the electronic medical record
• Obtain vital signs, medical history, and other health-related information
• Support clinic operations as needed
• Collaborate with the medical team to provide patient-centered care and support
• Provide direct patient care and assist with examinations and procedures
• Provide patient education and support

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• LPN license in the state of Montana
• Previous experience in a clinic setting preferred
• Ability to work as part of a cohesive team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
