About Construction Management - AECOM Tishman
Since 1898, AECOM Tishman has managed the construction of some of the world’s most iconic buildings. We employ a diversified preconstruction and construction management staff of structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers; architects; technology specialists; scheduling and cost control personnel; and construction estimators and accountants. We provide expert consultation and guidance in all phases of a building project, from master-planning, preconstruction options evaluation and decision-making, to design review, estimating, and scheduling, through procurement, construction and occupancy. AECOM Tishman’s staff manages all consultants and contractors on a project, representing client interests throughout the project cycle. In total, AECOM Tishman has built more than 900 million square feet – including the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere, One World Trade Center in New York.

AECOM Tishman is seeking a Low Voltage Project Manager for our exciting project at JFK Airport, Terminal 1.
:
+ Directs and managers the entire project, guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
+ Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
+ Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout.
+ Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements :
+ BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience in low voltage, special systems or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred Qualifications :
+ Experience in airport or aviation systems
+ Experience with low voltage systems such as security systems, access controls systems and various other control systems.
+ Experience in organizing, physical planning, facility development, access studies; and a broad range of experience in airport or aviation activities.
+ Experience in Microsoft office to include Excel, Outlook, Word, etc. As well as other construction-based computer programs.
+ Offered rate of compensation (New York City only) will be based on individual education, qualification, experience and work location. The salary range for the position is $153,525.49 - $284,022.16 annually (exempt).

+ This position is located in Jamaica, Queens, NY and is not hybrid nor remote.
