Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Location: Nashville, TN
This is a 3 month full time position transitioning to part time thereafter for another month
Position is 100% remote
Based In Nashville, TN
Our client is looking to hire a Data Entry position. This position will be responsible for entering data into the client's Grant Management System (GMS) system and processing documents via the client's Records Management System System (RMS). May require some system testing once data entry tasks are complete.
Key Responsibilities

• Processing documents and forms into client RMS system.
• May require some system testing once data entry tasks are complete.
• Inputting and adding applications to client's system to perform GMS testing.

Requirements And Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite experience, particularly with Word; the ideal candidate is proficient with word and able to deftly handle maneuvering blocks of text between different applications.
• Moderate skill with Microsoft Excel is required
• Experience with grants management and/or records management systems is strongly preferred
• Ability to learn new software platform quickly
• General understanding of and key considerations of a records management system is preferred
• High School Diploma
• Strong written communication skills preferred
• Ability to navigate through GMS and RMS systems
• Ability to enter data within a timely manner
