- Starting pay is $17.87, with potential progression opportunities from $21.22-$29.04/per hour in addition to a yearly bonus based on personal and company performance.

- Eligible for an additional $0.60 per hour if assigned to a role that covers 24/7 rotating shifts

- Must have a current, valid US driver’s license
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- Successfully complete a background check and pass a drug screen if job offer is received and accepted
- Willing and able to work all applicable shifts on a rotating basis (including weekends) and work overtime when needed
- Must be 18 years old or older
- A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
- Essential functions of this position may require, among other things, that the employee use particular types of equipment -- such as on-site safety equipment that has specific weight limitations whereby the individual’s own weight, plus the weight of tools and other items and materials, must not exceed a certain threshold. (For example, some types of safety equipment may be rated for a maximum weight limit of 300 pounds total.) In the event a job offer for this position were (conditionally) extended and provides for a pre-employment medical examination, the individual will be appropriately evaluated in regard to their ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Perform frequent bending, reaching, and lifting, working in tight or closed-in spaces, climb stairs/ladders and working at heights as well as standing or walking for extended periods of time
- Wear all required personal protective equipment provided by the company, including but not limited to a respirator.
- The Logistics Fast Start certificate obtained from Delta College
- Able to demonstrate basic computer skills example: Word, Excel, SAP, Outlook
- Military experience
- 2 or more years of Manufacturing or relevant experience
- The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, work overtime and holidays as needed and the ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.
