Job Title: Logistics/ Scheduling Support

Hours: 10:00 am -6:00 pm

Rate: $19-20 based on experience

Description:

• Shipping/ Receiving

• Filing of; AM shipment planners, Customer profiles, Trucker inspection sheets, inbound and outbound audits, daily delivery receipts, freight costs and all other shipping related documentation.
• Giving late updates.
• Data Entry, maintaining our digital database.
• Being initial point of contact for inbound and outbound carrier drivers. Scheduling
• Reconciling inbound product what’s on Bol vs what is off-loaded.
• Scheduling
• Process slips with accounting.
• Advance shipping notices.
• Plan next day shipments and schedule dock times.
• Tracking inbound deliveries

• Determining priority of trailers to be off-loaded based on production schedule.
• Putting shop copies in ready to produce bins based on tooling readiness.
• Filing shop copies for future production runs.
• Adjusting schedule based on Production efficiencies, pulled production runs and Shipping needs.
• Pulling filed shop copies in conjunction with advanced notices of inbound trailers.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of related experience.
• Highly self-motivated
• Very good communication skills
• Must have computer skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
• Able to adapt to change and accept new responsibilities as needed
