Job Description

Logistics Analyst

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility, and personal transportation
vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support
equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in
environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting
preserves.

Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently plan and execute truckload, LTL, intermodal and international shipments of vehicles to
customers, branches, distributors, and dealers in support of Textron Specialized Vehicles logistics,
financial, and customer service goals.
  • Use the Transportation Management System (TMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to maximize
efficient use of outbound conveyances.
  • Work closely with operations customers in scheduling to minimize detention charges and dry-run costs
incurred by the company.
  • Construct thorough international documentation regarding hazardous material, commercial invoicing, and
all other international declarations.
  • Optimize using all available resources by ensuring containers are cubed efficiently and
coordinating available backhauls of used vehicles.
  • Manage overall freight forwarder, carrier, and customs broker relationships and secure an appropriate
number of carriers to support shipment volume.
  • Coordinate schedules, creating requirements, and shipment preparation with Logistics warehouse and

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, Sales &
Marketing or any other related field required
  • Years of Experience: P1: 0-2 Years of Experience required/ P2: 3 or more years of experience required
  • Software Knowledge: SAP preferred
