This Role Is Tailor-Made For You Because
The Logistics Analyst is a key team member on the Global Transportation & Logistics Team. The analyst will be responsible for measuring our manufacturing partners and service providers logistics performance. He or she will be working closely with our internal partners: including but not limited to Production and Receiving teams; and external partners such as logistics service providers and manufacturing partners to address the logistics bottlenecks. The analyst will review relevant data to understand the root causes, establish and review current guidelines to encourage compliance through educations & adaption. The Logistics Analyst will establish and maintain dashboards, scorecards and performance metrics to facilitate service performance review and decision-making process.
This role requires the ability to research, analyze data, organize information and present and communicate the findings to both internal and external partners. Finally, this position plays a critical role in ensuring that the transportation & logistics group meets or exceeds internal and external customer needs and business objectives. No task is too big or too small if it supports driving customer satisfaction and business requirements.
A Day In The Life
Monitor the vendor compliance program

• Support Ad Hoc requests
• Analyze issues to identify root causes
• Review compliance issues reported by internal parties
• Approve vendor’s request to ship non-compliant carton size
• Prepare reports
• Communicate issues with the vendors

Measure logistics providers performance

• Analyze relevant data
• Establish dashboards and scorecards
• Review findings with internal and external partners
• Foster open dialogues with service partners to address the issues

• Other duties as assigned

To Land This Role

• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics required
• 1-3 years’ work experience in related field preferred
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and ability to take initiative in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
• Experience with data analytics tools (PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView) preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access and Outlook required.
• Detailed oriented and ability to mine datasets
