What is the Mortgage Banking Training Program?

Our Mortgage Banking Training full-time, paid training program is a unique and specialized training and development program to prepare candidates for a rewarding career in the mortgage industry. The training will provide you with a greater understanding of the overall residential mortgage loan process, which will lead to a full-time, Loan Processor position.

Our mortgage loan processors collaborate with customers, underwriting, and our sales team to make the dream of homeownership possible by gathering and analyzing documents to make a complete loan file. This includes reviewing paystubs, bank statements, credit reports, and a variety of other documents based on each customer's unique situation. REQUIREMENTS FOR TRAINEE PROGRAM APPLICANTS:

LOAN PROCESSOR JOB SUMMARY:

Primarily responsible for performing functions relative to the processing, underwriting and closing of residential mortgages.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Starting pay of $21.64 hourly. This position will also be eligible for monthly incentives upon on the successful completion of the required training and based on defined performance objectives.

Training Class - At time of hire - Must reside in Colorado.
