Loan Processor Jobs

Experienced mortgage loan processor needed to take loans from contract to close. Processor must have experience in Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans. Must be able to calculate income and restructure loans in some instances. This person will be expected to communicate by phone with all parties. Should be able to review and pre-underwrite files. It would be helpful to have Encompass experience. This position is for a big team with growth potential.

Responsibilities

Job requirements include initial review of disclosed files, organize the file in Encompass and run through underwriting portal. Work with corporate and investors to expedite the clear to close. Loans will be submitted to underwriting or investor for review, and resubmit for clear to close. Communication skills are imperative to maintain relationships with clients, realtors, corporate staff, and team. Volume should be 15 per month, and average 15 days clear to close.

Qualifications

Having worked for brokers is a plus because of the diverse methods to submit files. Must have an amazing attitude and energy a must. Must be detailed and be able to analyze a file to determine if it meets guidelines. Understanding self-employment is a required skill. Ability to work in a team environment. Able to build a rapport with clients, and ask for business.
