Loader Operator Jobs

We are currently accepting applications for an experienced heavy equipment loader operator for our retail/pit operations. Ability to maintain a positive and effective working relationship with all other personnel and customers. To perform operations in a safe and productive manner that ensure quality work. The ability to maintain and inspect equipment on a daily basis, with a focus on maintenance and safety issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

Preferably a minimum of 2 years of experience with heavy equipment. The prospective employee must be willing to work as a team member with fellow employees and customers. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and/or Responsibilites

1. Applicants shall demonstrate the ability to safely and productively operate large loaders in a very active mine site with interaction with gravel hauling equipment in close quarters.
2. Persons shall be able to work safely and follow all company policies.
3. Persons shall be able to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel and to perform all
duties safely and productively to ensure quality work.
4. Operators shall have the ability to conduct daily equipment inspections to identify any safety and maintenance issues.
