Job Description
Responsibilities
The LMS Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management, utilization and delivery of our learning management system (Cornerstone).
  • Heavily interacts with managers and others.
  • Manages project requests and timelines to ensure LMS team meets deliverables.
  • Develops and compiles reports of assigned learning modules for compliance reporting.
  • Provides back and front-end application support for over 11k users in the LMS.
  • Collaborates with SMEs and creates engaging eLearning courses .
  • Coordinates platform upgrades and communicates change with impacted areas.
  • Leads content integrations and on-going maintenance using vendor's specifications.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in a similar role developing engaging content, overseeing the system, and supporting end users. Experience with Cornerstone or Healthstream is a plus.
  • Project management skills with an ability to juggle multiple deliverables with competing deadlines
  • HS diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent communication, including a c omfort level with heavy customer-facing interaction.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite.
  • Proven history of building effective working relationships internally and externally
