Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the Customer Support Manager or Team Lead
  • Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8 pm-4:30 pm MST (Arizona)
  • Actively participate in meetings as may be required
  • Handling customer queries primarily via our Live Chat, with potential for social media, phone, and/or email coverage also
  • Location: in-office Phoenix / E. Baseline Rd. and I-10
  • Educate current and potential customers with product and service information
  • Maintain accurate customer records

  • Key Performance Indicators:

    • Educate customers on services and processes
    • Escalate any issues to the Customer Support Manager or Team Lead
    • Adhere strictly to shift schedules
    • Probe and troubleshoot customer queries, and provide a suitable and satisfactory solution
    • Handle all queries in a polite, professional mannerand within SLAs
    • Work collaboratively with the team and inter-departmentally
    • Achieve agreed KPIs and Objectives
    • Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and processes


    Qualifications

    • Fluent in written and spoken English
    • Good typing skills
    • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
    • A fast learner who can work with set targets
    • Must be time flexible and able to work in a rotational shift system including international holidays as required
    • Able to work well under pressure and under minimum supervision
    • Passionate about customer care

    • Richpanel
    • Office or Google Suite

    • Shopify


    Starting Pay: $18 hourly
