Key Responsibilities
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the Customer Support Manager or Team Lead
- Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8 pm-4:30 pm MST (Arizona)
- Actively participate in meetings as may be required
- Handling customer queries primarily via our Live Chat, with potential for social media, phone, and/or email coverage also
- Location: in-office Phoenix / E. Baseline Rd. and I-10
- Educate current and potential customers with product and service information
- Maintain accurate customer records
Key Performance Indicators:
- Educate customers on services and processes
- Escalate any issues to the Customer Support Manager or Team Lead
- Adhere strictly to shift schedules
- Probe and troubleshoot customer queries, and provide a suitable and satisfactory solution
- Handle all queries in a polite, professional mannerand within SLAs
- Work collaboratively with the team and inter-departmentally
- Achieve agreed KPIs and Objectives
- Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and processes
Qualifications
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good typing skills
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- A fast learner who can work with set targets
- Must be time flexible and able to work in a rotational shift system including international holidays as required
- Able to work well under pressure and under minimum supervision
- Passionate about customer care
Technical Experience Preferred but Not Required
- Richpanel
- Office or Google Suite

Starting Pay: $18 hourly
