Job Description
Specialized Computer Resources is a leading provider of computer networking solutions and we are seeking a friendly Live Chat Agent to join our team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients via live chat. You will work closely with our Sales and Support teams to ensure that our clients have a positive experience and remain satisfied with our services. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment in the computer networking industry.
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Update customer information in our database
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction
  • Schedule appointments for Sales and Support teams, if necessary
  • Continuously expand knowledge of computer networking and related products and services to better serve customers
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with computer networking and related products and services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
