Bermuda Landscape & Design, Inc. is a leading construction company specializing in landscape design and installation. We are looking for a Live Chat Agent to join our team and provide customer service through online chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and positive customer service experience
• Continuously improve knowledge of our products, services, and industry through ongoing training and development
• Track and report customer interactions and successes
• Respond to customer inquiries through online chat in a timely and professional manner
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
• Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services
• Multitask between different chat conversations simultaneously while staying organized

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or customer-facing role
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations at once
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers in written form
• Proficient in typing and operating computer systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
