RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow all safety and ergonomics programs & guidelines
• Participate in team based continuous improvement activities
• Maintain flow across multiple pieces of inline automated assembly machines
• Run SMT assembly machines per work instructions
• Perform basic quality checks as required
• Perform other work as assigned.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Paid on the job training is provided - No experience required
• 2nd shift: Hours for this position are 2:50pm - 1:00am Monday through Thursday (4-10-hour days)
• Top pay is $21.13 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential
• Climate controlled working environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to read and follow work instructions to ensure quality
• High school diploma or equivalent required
