Job Description

Chenega Integrated Security Solutions, LLC has an immediate opening for Lieutenants to provide supervisory duties at a guard force location in Washington, D.C.

 

This position is contingent upon contract award.

 

What You'll Get To Do:

 

  • Administers instructions to security personnel assigned to the site and assures that all officers are familiar with the facility and their duties.
  • Other duties as assigned to meet business need.
  • Manages the staffing of posts at the site to ensure complete coverage. This includes, but is not limited to, coverage for vacations, illness, and call-offs.

 

 

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

 

 

  • Demonstrated experience in guard force operations.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of specialized experience and one (1) years of successful experience in field supervision

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Skill in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment. 
  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook.

Frequent and prolonged walking, standing, sitting, and stooping, up to 12 hours per day, either indoors or outdoors, during daytime or nighttime. Outdoor posts may require the individual to withstand extreme heat, humidity, cold, and/or severe weather (e.g., snow, sleet, rain, hail, wind) for up to four hours without shelter. Many posts have no chair/seating available; thus, the individual must be able to stand for up to four consecutive hours.
