Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse in Cleveland,Ohio
Are you a licensed practical nurse looking for an exciting opportunity to work in an ambulatory care setting? Look no further! We are seeking a skilled and dedicated LPN to join our team in Cleveland, OH.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with general mobility and transfers
Administer medications and vaccines, and maintain proper documentation
Perform phlebotomy, blood glucose and POCT, and manage Epic Inbasket messages
Perform various procedures and tasks for patients of all ages
Requirements:
Graduate of an approved School of Practical Nursing
Current LPN licensure in the state of Ohio, including certification to pass medications
Current AHA Basic Life Support certification
Minimum of one year of experience working as an LPN in an ambulatory setting
Experience working with Epic electronic medical records system
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in obstetrics, pediatrics, and/or cardiology
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk intermittently during the day
Ability to lift 250-300 pounds with assistance
Requires some exposure to communicable diseases or body fluids
Requires some exposure to chemicals and cleaning products
