Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

The Cedars, a Continuous Care Retirement facility, located in McPherson, KS is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. The LNHA is responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards of governing long-term care facilities and to ensure that the highest degree of resident care and services are delivered and maintained.

• Oversee clinical and administrative functions in the facility
• Ensure that individual rights and opportunities for choice exist for all residents
• Experience working as an LNHA in a long-term care facility preferred
• Financial management of the healthcare facility
• Must have current Kansas LNHA Certification
• Experience in performance management and effective leadership
• Oversight of the facility's quality assurance process
• Monitor and maintain facility's compliance with all pertinent State and Federal regulations
• Member of the Executive Team

Salary: $75,000 to $95,000 per year

• Must have excellent communication skills
• 1-5 years of working in a CCR facility
• LNHA Certification in the state of Kansas
• 1-5 years of experience as a LNHA preferred
