Position: Advocate Apprenticeship – Sales

Department: Sales

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Compensation: Hourly $17.00 to start + Uncapped Commissions + Spiffs

Location: Remote

We are looking for Sales Agents – Advocate Apprenticeship

Are you new to Medicare? Have you recently acquired your health license? MyPlanAdvocate is currently hiring for Health Insurance Agents – Advocate Apprenticeship. This role will primarily drive Medicare Sales through professional and consultative selling on plan options.

Job Duties

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Update customer file in CRM with summary of interaction.
  • Make outbound sales calls on a variety of sales campaigns.
  • Provide a positive customer experience with excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Comfortable with desktop computers, including knowledge of Office applications and web browsing.
  • Quote, present, and close sales while overcoming objections.
  • Advocate Apprenticeship will recommend plans and enroll prospects based on the customer's needs.
  • Receive inbound calls from customers who have questions on health insurance options for the states you are licensed with.
  • Follow up on "book of business" on a consistent basis by making outbound follow up calls to prospects.
  • Meet sales and productivity goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.

What you'll bring!

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus.
  • Demonstrate professional phone etiquette.
  • Self-starter who is highly motivated.
  • Active and valid Life and Health license.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrates adequate/accurate typing speed while talking to the customer.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of billing guidelines.

Training is scheduled Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (MST).
