Doyle Security Services (DSS) is currently looking for UNARMED SECURITY OFFICERS in Suffolk County, NY.

Locations & Shifts:

Brookhaven: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday 1500-2300 Pay Rate: $17.00/hr.

Brookhaven: Friday - Saturday 1500-2300/Monday - Wednesday 1500-2300 Pay Rate: $17.00/hr.

Brookhaven: Wednesday 0700-1500/Thursday 0700-1900/Friday-Saturday 0700-1500 Pay Rate: $17.00/hr.

Unarmed Security Officer Will Be Responsible For

• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.

Security Officer / Unarmed Guard / Security Guard Requirements

• Must be able to understand the English language and communicate effectively in both the verbal and written form.
• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 5-7 Year U.S. work history may be required.
• Valid NYS Security Guard License.
• Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.
