Position Overview

The Leasing Professional is responsible for leasing and marketing operations of their given site(s). The Leasing Professional is responsible for overseeing lease administration, marketing plans, daily leasing office operations, as well as assisting with duties as assigned with the help of the leasing staff as a whole

What You Will Do

  • Must be available for overtime when necessary
  • Complete all leasing and marketing reports in a timely manner
  • Must be able to work a full shift / required work schedule
  • Responsible for in house events as well as outreach marketing coordination
  • Complete special projects as assigned by Property Manager
  • Responsible for managing leasing office operations and leasing office staff as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with all Policies and ProceduresResponsible for ensuring product presentation meet brand and company standards at all times
  • Must be able to complete all physical requirements of this role with or without a reasonable accommodation

Ideally, you'll have

  • Experience in sales or in property management or related fields.
  • Proficient in Office Products and Windows and Apple operating systems.
  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills
