We are currently seeking a talented Leasing Agent to join our thriving team! Our Leasing Agent will enjoy fast-paced work, show creativity and have a high degree of professionalism when working with our residents.

These responsibilities would include, but are not limited to; present properties and amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants, advertise available properties, assist prospective tenants in the application and leasing process.

Requirements:

Skills Needed to Win:

• An outgoing personality with a love of helping others
• Working knowledge of leasing practices
• Ability to effectively present information in a clear and concise manner
• Adaptive to change and a willingness to be a lifelong learner
• Past sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
