DePaul Management is looking for a Leasing Agent for Beacon Pointe and Water’s Edge Apartments in Philadelphia, PA.

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Promote positive and "customer-centric" resident relations by working to make the living experience, and every interaction, of the highest quality.
• Successfully lease apartments by meeting customers' needs.
• Effectively market the property to prospective residents from initial contact to occupancy, then while they are residents as well!
• Maintain high occupancy levels by demonstrating the value in our community to prospective residents.
• Evaluate the needs of our customers by customizing the sales presentation to each perspective

Additional Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience in a sales or retail environment required.
• Superior customer service skills and a desire to help people.
• Sales-driven and team-oriented personality
