A successful candidate will implement and oversee all restaurant systems and processes. The job is challenging, but rewarding: you’ll be expected to work alongside the Operator to measurably increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction and the growth our team. Although your starting pay is based upon your experience, the more you are willing toserve, learn and growwith Hogwood, the moreopportunitiesthat can and will become available to you!

Responsibilities

• Discuss & execute key business opportunities, risks, and needs of daily operations with the Operator.
• Monitor and discuss importance of daily, monthly, quarterly metrics with team by recalibrating and adapt as needed.
• Actively engage, train and develop rising team members to help execute our vision.
• Develop and execute new business goals and strategies to improve operations and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18+ years old
• Open Availability, especially Fridays and Saturdays
