DESCRIPTION: MSK TriTech Group, LLC (MSK), a wholly owned subsidiary of Patricio Enterprises, is looking to fill a Lead Supply and Transportation Analyst position in support of the Army Aerostats program.


Primary Duties Will Include (but Not Limited To)


  • Analyze aerostat helium use data, forecasting requirements, and navigating the Defense Logistics Agency – Energy (DLA-E) polices to obtain helium support.
  • Utilize joint logistics procedures, processes, and regulations.


Knowledge And Skills


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate information.
  • Ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing.


Education / Experience


  • Minimum of 12 months experience in processing equipment transportation requests and material requisitions, tracking inventory, and managing Government property requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree (desired).
  • Minimum of 5 years, 10 years (desired), of experience with military logistics efforts.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. (desired)
  • Experience preparing documentation for the Joint Planning and Execution System (JOPES) database (desired).
  • 3 plus working with any aerostat larger than 20 meters in length (desired).


Physical Requirements And Work Environment


The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: reaching, sifting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. Occasionally lifts to 20 lbs.


Employees must be able to see and hear, read, and write effectively in English. Requires adaptability, analyzing, assessing, calculating, decision making, dependability, good judgment, reading, memorizing, social skills, speaking, stress control and writing. Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information; Ability to apply common sense in performing job. Ability to complete routine forms, use existing form letters and/or conduct routine oral communication. Ability to make decisions which have significant impact on the immediate work unit.
