What you’ll be doing:

Perform computer systems analysis to develop, maintain, and execute test plans for multiple application projects and improvement initiatives utilizing Quality Assurance methodologies. Review, analyze, and apply business requirements and software designs to ensure effective test design. Present QM viewpoint of processes under review and drive quality improvements. Specific responsibilities include:

• Identifying and driving process improvement and testing efforts to ensure delivery of high-quality product.
• Providing root cause analysis of post-production issues
• Responsible for hands on execution of integration, functional and end to end testing
• Gathering, analyzing, and communicating test results to project team and management
• Responsible for hands on execution in creating and maintenance of test data, test plans, test automation, and deliverables
• Participating in but not limited to Scrum, Stand-up, Grooming and Retrospective meetings
• Responsible for hands on execution in creating and maintenance of QM project deliverables
• Responsible for the coordination of QA activities and driving QA tasks to completion
• Responsible for hands on execution in testing case reviews and demos

Qualifications :

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Must have 5yrs experience with QA Automation Testing and tools (Selenium, JAVA

• 2+ years’ experience in Agile Practices
