Job Description

POSITION TITLE: Lead QA Analyst

LOCATION: 100% remote

PLACEMENT TYPE: Direct Hire

SALARY: $140,000 + performance bonus & equity

REMOTE: Yes, 100%


INTERVIEW PROCESS:


  1. 30 min phone interview
  2. 60 min video interview (TECHNIAL)
  3. 1-2 hour video interview (Panel style, leadership, more technical)



JOB DESCRIPTION


Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in testing within a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years of automation testing.
  • At least 2 years leading in automation (this can be direct reports or within projects).
  • At least 1+ year of experience running test in CI/CD using tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, Git (for repositories), Azure DevOps, etc.
  • Should have experience building frameworks.
  • Needs to have experience with Cucumber and Ruby or Java.
  • Must be okay with manual testing using technology such as Postman.
  • Required to have experience with full cycle testing (functional, regression, integration, etc.).
  • Experience with hands on coding for automation using cucumber and Java or Ruby.
