Wachter is accepting applications for Electrical Project Foreman for project work in various commercial and industrial environments around St. Joseph, MO area. Candidates should have experience leading projects and crews. This need will provide long-term employment with an array of benefits for the right person. Pay will be based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all required project safety requirements as set forth by Wachter, our customers, or OSHA
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and install new wiring or other components to fix lighting, fuse boxes, and generators
• Inspect and test electrical components to diagnose problems, repair broken electrical components, and install updates for outdated electrical systems
• Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign
• Oversee training for co-workers as needed
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet project deadlines and daily deliverables (i.e. pictures, signed checklists, As-Built, etc.)
• Ensure electrical systems meet local, county, state, or federal codes; legal and/or insurance requirements
• Resolve conflict while maintaining positive relationships at all levels
• Maintain the company’s high standard of quality and professionalism with regards to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior and appearance.
• Conduct tests to ensure all newly installed electrical systems and component devices are operational
