Job Description
Marlborough College seeks to recruit a part-time Lead Counsellor reporting to the Pastoral Senior Management team.


The successful candidate will be part of a pastoral team committed to a systemic collaborative whole-school approach to the personal, social and emotional wellbeing of pupils and staff, with the ongoing aim of increasing emotional awareness and communication across the College.


In addition to working with pupils on a one-to-one clinical basis, managing and supervising the counselling team, and collaborating with the Pastoral Senior Management Team, this role involves liaison with school staff, parents, and other internal and external professionals.
