About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automation Test Engineers with expertise in Java and Selenium to join our team. As a Lead Automation Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in creating robust acceptance and integration test automation scripts, integrating them with continuous integration tools, and ensuring the quality and performance of our software products. Your strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities will be essential as you lead multiple test paths concurrently.

Job Requirement:

• Ability to create good acceptance and integration test automation scripts and integrate with Continuous integration (Jenkins/Bamboo).
• Knowledge in security testing, performance testing, performance tuning is a definite plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, critical thinking, solid communication and proven leadership skills - with the ability to lead multiple test paths simultaneously.
• Must be highly detail and technology-oriented and possess excellent communications skills.
• Passion for achieving excellence in technical, process, product quality and reliability.

Desired Candidate Profile should have:

• Good Experience in Coding : Core Java, & Selenium.
• Good communication skills Will be a plus.
• Banking domain experience will be a plus.
• Knowledge of common tools/technologies used in testing: SQL, XML, JSON, Fiddler, Postman, HP ALM
• Experience in API Testing - Understanding of client-server architecture and communication principles
• Hands on experience working on Automation Testing framework.
• Experience in Functional, Usability, Compatibility, Accessibility, Regression, Requirements / Documentation testing.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, UNIX - Knowledge of Selenium scripts, Jenkins is added advantage
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Software Testing
• Strong knowledge of Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC)
• Experience in test planning and estimations
• Experience in Test Strategy, Test Planning
• Good Experience about software development to build and use automation frameworks using technologies: Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Soap UI, REST, JSON and XML, Eclipse IDE, etc.
• Expertise on API and BDD .
• Experience in web application testing (JS, HTML, CSS)
• Experience working in Agile team.
• Hands on experience on Manual and Automation API Testing tools.
• Experience in BDD (Cucumber), TestNG framework.
