  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies in all automation-related activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar), HMI development, and SCADA systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field); Master's degree is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience with robotics and motion control systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial automation within a manufacturing environment.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects from conception to implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.).
  • Experience with regulatory and safety compliance in industrial automation.
