Lead Alarm Technician - Independent Alarm

Role Overview

This position is responsible for the tasks associated with the installation of access control, CCTV, fire, and intrusion alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform annual fire alarm certifications
• All other duties as assigned
• Install cabling for a variety of low voltage systems
• Install, service & maintain a variety of Security, Fire Alarm, Camera and Access Control Systems

Qualifications

• Clean Background Check – Criminal and Driving
• Understanding of construction sites, best practices, and work site safety
• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Applicant should be motivated, team oriented and a quick learner
• Minimum 1 year experience as an alarm technician
• Applicant should possess common industry hand tools

Work Requirements:

• Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders and operate lifts
• Ability to work with hand tools, meters, and other necessary industry related equipment
