Summary
Location: Homewood Suites Farmington
Position Type: Non-Management
The starting pay rate for this position is $15.00per hour.
As a Laundry Attendant, you will be filling a vital role in guest satisfaction by providing a constant supply of spotless hotel linens for our guests .
This position may require flexible scheduling availability.
Job Requirements
  • Notify supervisors of any damages, deficits, and/or disturbances
  • Complete linen inventory every month
  • Ongoing involvement in preventative maintenance programs
  • Washing, drying, and folding linen
  • Stock shelves and housekeeping carts with clean, folded laundry
  • Inspect dirty laundry to identify stains/tears and treatbefore washing
Job Qualifications
  • Readily available and approachable for all guests while providingexcellent guest service
  • Ability to work well in stressful situations
  • Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
  • Highly motivatedteam player with strong initiative and desire for achievement

The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors.
