Lashlette is bringing a refreshing eyelash experience to Los Angeles, and we are opening our first location in Brentwood. We are looking to build our team of talented, professional technicians capable of providing first class eyelash extensions to our elite guests.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform eyelash extensions and treatments according to our unique styles and the individual needs of our clients.
• Create an excellent experience for guests with a charismatic, friendly and helpful attitude.
• Maintain retention through obtaining high customer reviews while exceeding client expectations.
• Provide recommendations and education to guests on proper eyelash maintenance and aftercare.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 Years Experience in all classic applications, including applying full sets, volume lash, lash lifts, and fills with proof of work for each service
• Willingness to learn new lash and eye area techniques.
• Possess a positive, proactive, patience, upbeat and personable demeanor and attitude.
• Portfolio of work including, Instagram handle, customer reviews and references.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $25,000.00 per month

• Eyelash extension: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Cosmetology License (Preferred)
• Esthetician License (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
