Built Mighty / Little Rhino is a US-based remote Web Development company specializing in crafting exceptional software solutions. With a distributed team of 25 professionals across the United States, we champion bespoke Laravel applications and empower e-commerce enterprises to thrive through WooCommerce and WordPress.
We are currently seeking an accomplished developer to join our ranks. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of software applications. Your close collaboration with our design, project management, and development teams will ensure our software aligns seamlessly with our clients' needs.
As part of your remote responsibilities, you'll enhance existing features and forge new WordPress and WooCommerce storefronts. Our focus lies on catering to small businesses that demand meticulous attention to detail and expert guidance in fortifying their platforms for growth.
This full-time W2 position affords a flexible workload spanning 25-40 hours per week, contingent on your availability and expertise.
Requirements
A minimum of 4 years of developer experience
Over 2 years of adeptness in conceiving, refining, and elevating WordPress and/or WooCommerce Plugins and Themes
More than 2 years of proficiency with Laravel
Proficiency in backend development
A solid grasp of WooCommerce
Accomplished experience in E-Commerce
Mastery of PHP or Javascript
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Proficiency in web development technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Competence in software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git)
Geographical location in the United States (Excluding candidates from New York)
Ability to effectively work remotely on Cloud platforms. Proficiency with GitHub and Docker is valued.
