Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, reliable landscaper to help maintain our properties!

We are looking for a motivated, reliable landscaper to help maintain our properties! The properties are located in Stanwood, Burlington, Mount Vernon, and Bellingham. This job requires flexibility and the ability to pivot suddenly onto other projects if the need arises. Attention to detail is a must!

Qualified Candidates will be...
  • Organized
  • Heavy lifting/carrying is required! (50lbs++)
  • Quick learner
  • Self-motivated
  • Comfortable on ladders
  • Punctual (and have a reliable vehicle to travel between properties)
  • Good listener, able to take direction well
  • Have an excellent work ethic
+Construction skills are a plus
+Previous building maintenance experience is a plus

Duties will include...
  • Weed Removal
  • Window washing
  • Exterior building detailing and maintenance
  • Tree Removal
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Blowing
  • Edging
  • Pruning
  • Spreading of bark and gravel
  • Landscaping
  • Mowing
  • Digging

Company vehicle will be available for use. Tools are supplied.
