Job Summary


NOTES: This recruitment will be used to fill an extra help position (no benefits) working 24 hours a week for 5 months. Job consists of assisting Maintenance staff with landscaping duties.


Performs highly skilled construction, maintenance, clerical tasks; supervises programs and lower level workers.


Examples of Duties


(duties may include, but are not limited to the following)


Perform the duties of lower level Fair Worker classifications;


Act as overall program supervisor or coordinator;


Plan, schedule and coordinate program or project activities;


Supervise a large group of lower level workers;


May be responsible for the operation of a facility;


Coordinate custodial maintenance and cash management;


Perform skilled operation of heavy duty equipment;


Perform other related duties as assigned.


Minimum Requirements


TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination of training and experience which demonstrates the required knowledge and abilities. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: 9 months experience which demonstrates necessary knowledge and abilities for the particular assignment. Prior supervisory experience may be required for those positions which have this responsibility.


BACKGROUND CHECK: Positions may require successful clearance of a Washington State Patrol inquiry under the Child and Adult Abuse Information Act.


LICENSE: Certain positions may require a valid driver's license. Certain assignments may require a CDL certification.
