Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Laborer to join our team and help us achieve our goals. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to help keep our worksite running smoothly. This will involve manual labor, such as lifting and carrying materials, operating machinery, and cleaning and maintaining equipment. You will also be expected to follow safety protocols and demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail. If you are a hard-working, self-motivated individual with a commitment to excellence, this could be the perfect job for you.


  • Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth
  • Follow safety regulations and procedures
  • Gather materials and supplies needed for the job
  • Load and unload materials from trucks
  • Erect scaffolding and ladders
  • Remove debris and trash from work sites
  • Assist in the removal and disposal of materials
  • Assist with delivery and installation of new materials
  • Operate machinery such as jackhammers, saws, and other power tools
  • Move, lift, and carry heavy objects


Worksites will be located in Washington & Lamoille counties and can be based in our Montpelier, Waterbury, or Morrisville office.


We would consider part-time or full-time employees.


  • Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor
  • Insurable driver's license
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Knowledge of basic safety practices
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of basic hand tools
