Summary This vacancy announcement will be used for Job Fair/Hiring Event purposes at the Eglin Golf Course, located at 1527 Fairway Dr. in Niceville on 20 SEP 23 from 0830-1430. Responsibilities Performs a variety of tasks which include but are not limited to the following: Opens, unpacks, and removes contents of cartons and places them where directed; performs general housekeeping duties such as packing up trash and paper from designated areas; pulls weeds, waters grass, and rakes leaves. Qualifying Experience: Ability to follow simple oral instructions and use simple tools or equipment. Ability to frequently lift and carry light to medium objects weighing 10 to 30 pounds. May occasionally be required to lift and carry objects weighing up to 45 pounds. Must be able to actively bend, stoop, stand, reach, and work in awkward positions. Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution. FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
