Overview of Role

ZwitterCo is seeking a Laboratory Technician with recent hands-on laboratory experience for a high-impact role in a rapidly expanding business. The candidate will play a key role in testing and evaluating ZwitterCo's breakthrough nanofiltration membranes, as well as performing testing for current and prospective customers.

Responsibilities Include

The Laboratory Technician will take responsibility for a variety of functions in ZwitterCo's R&D Lab.

• Other responsibilities as assigned
• Assist with customer water testing
• Operate analytical machines
• Perform routine characterization testing and compile data in a clear and organized manner
• Operating laboratory equipment

Qualifications

Candidates should have a combination of an appropriate degree (two or four year) in the science field and 1+ years of hands-on laboratory experience. Additional qualifications:

• Experience with membrane or filter testing preferred but not required
• Proficient in tools relevant to the science field, such as MS Excel
• Be comfortable in a lab environment
• Experience with running routine tests in a laboratory
• Basic statistical analysis (mean, standard deviations, confidence intervals)

Schedule, Travel, Compensation, and Location

This is a full-time position in Woburn, MA and will report directly to the Senior Manager of Membrane Development.

Travel for this role is expected to be between 0% - 5%.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and include equity and benefits.
