Job Description

MUST HAAVE A STATE OF WA MAP LICENSE

  • 1 Year of Epic Experience (Required or Preferred): No
  • Experience required: Two years phlebotomy experience.
  • Assignment length: 13 weeks
  • Auto offers? (Yes/No): Yes
  • Credentials Required (Refer to job profile): Yes – must have a State of Washington MAP License
  • Shift length: 10 hours (2045-0715)
  • Shift type (D, E, N, V): Nights
  • Target Start Date: ASAP
  • On Call Required? (Yes/No, if Yes please explain): No
  • GWW (guaranteed work week): 40
  • FTE: 1.0
  • COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - No Exemptions
  • Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - No Exemptions

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $38.00 per hour
